Service has been shown to be, perhaps, the most important aspect of either a stay in a hotel or a meal in a restaurant. While we primarily evaluate services, we also evaluate cleanliness and maintenance, make recommendations for other aspects of the accommodation business and, in the process, help operators achieve their highest potential with their guests as well as the national rating services.
We have been providing our services since 2004.

Guidelines, written expectations, and training are all necessary.
However, you do not know where you stand until that training is tested.
This is where Chandler Associates Consulting is able to help. We do
anonymous evaluations, based on AAA Requirements and Diamond Rating Guidelines, with written reports and, if desired, verbal management debriefing as a follow-up.
